Warranty
Warranty terms
We warrant our labour and the parts we install: two years or 25,000 kilometres, whichever comes first.

What the warranty covers
The warranty covers the work we performed and the parts we installed. If something we repaired fails within the warranty period because of a fault in the work or the part, we put it right at no charge.
The warranty is written. It is stated on the invoice, and you never have to ask for it.
What it does not cover
Normal wear is not a defect. Brake pads and wiper blades, for example, wear in use by their nature.
The warranty does not cover damage from external causes such as a collision or a stone strike, nor faults in parts we did not repair.
If the same item is altered or repaired elsewhere during the warranty period, the warranty ends for that item.
How to use it
Call or come in. Bring the invoice if you still have it. We look at the item, and if the fault is covered, the repair costs you nothing.
Your statutory rights
The warranty is an extra. It does not limit your rights under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, which apply regardless of the warranty.
